System Requirements for Process Runner GLSU

SAP Requirements

SAP System version ECC 6.0 EHP0 or newer
S/4HANA On-Premise 1709+ (SAP Private Cloud supported in most cases, SAP Public Cloud not supported)
All GLSU installations are Unicode compliant
Transport install package
User authorizations for transactions FB01, FBV1, FBS1, FBB1 (as needed) and others as listed in Step 3 of the Install Process Runner GLSU

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) OS
Microsoft Excel Office 365 (desktop versions only)
SAP GUI currently supported version from SAP
32-bit Excel requires 32-bit SAP GUI/64-bit Excel requires 64-bit SAP GUI
Hardware as required by Windows OS version
GLSU supports double-byte character sets (East Asian Languages)
Microsoft Edge WebView2 and .NET Framework 4.8 (required when using insightsoftware Platform)
GLSU supports the use of SSO via SAP SNC (Secure Network Communication). If SNC is properly installed on the desktop, no additional setup steps are required in GLSU
PC Application must be installed as an Administrator

Note:

Existing customers: S/4HANA 1909+ requires minimum install of GLSU 6.2c SAP/ABAP components (transport).
All customers on ECC (any support level): 23.2 and newer versions require the installation of different SAP components (transport).
Mac environments are not supported unless running a PC emulator.
