The Data MappingScreen

1. PrimaryMap:ThisareaisfordatafilerecordfieldstoGLSUtemplatefields.

2. OffsetMap:Thisareaworksthesameasthe"PrimaryMap"exceptthatitismappedsothat an offset entry will be produced.

3. Checkbox"Useoffsetmap":TurnON/OFFthe"OffsetMap"feature.Manymappingswillnot use this feature but it is here when needed.

4. Save and Exit: Save the map for uselater.Mapsare saved in the workbook by sheet so that theywillbeavailablewhentheworkbookisopenedagainlater.

5. SaveandImport:SavethemaptotheworkbookANDproceedtoimportthedataintothe GLSU template. Don’t worry. If the data is not mapped correctly, you can comeback and modify the map, then reload the data again.

6. Preview:Thedatapreviewpaneshowsonerecordatatimeverticallytoassistinfield mapping.

7. Preview Navigation: The NEXT andPREV buttons step through thepreviewrecord set. Note thatthemappeddatachangesontheleftasthepreviewrecordchangesontheright.
