Enhancements
Manage Access to Lineos AI Services
Organizations with a Platform license can now manage user access to Lineos, the AI services from insightsoftware. Premium users/account managers can enable or disable Lineos for all users by selecting or clearing the Active Lineos for all users checkbox in the Maintain Technical Options page under ZGLSU > Premium User Functions in SAP. Support Sheet for Locked Easy Workflow Workbooks
As part of the Easy Workflow integration, GLSU now allows the use of the Support sheet for additional supporting documentation with locked Easy Workflow workbooks.

Platform License Validation Notification
When you sign in with the Platform license, a loader notification now appears to indicate that license validation is in progress, before you can use the application.

Fixed Issues
Fiscal Year Selection from Excel File
GLSU does not auto-select the fiscal year from the Posting Date cell in the Excel file, requiring you to manually select the fiscal year during SAP posting.

Strikethrough When Selecting Refresh Descriptions
In Process Runner GLSU 24.4, when you select Tools > Refresh Descriptions, an unintended strikethrough appears above the text in the cells of the Description column.

Amount Balanced Formula with Additional Fields
In Process Runner GLSU 24.4, the amount balanced formula does not work in the workbook when any additional fields are added to the template.

Error When Posting with Ledger Group Field
When you post a document using the GLSU Excel template with the Ledger Group field, an error message appears stating that Ledger Group 2L is not configured.

Post Option Appears Despite Hiding
In Process Runner GLSU 24.4, the Post option continues to appear in the GLSU tab in Excel even when premium users select the Hide/Post Park Button in Excel checkbox under ZGLSU > Premium User Functions > Maintain Technical Options in SAP.
